How do I pay for my order?

For Us offer payment method via FPX online banking and bank transfer. We do not provide cash on delivery at the moment.

For international customers, you can make your payment through PayPal.

Do I need an account to place order?

We encourage you to sign up an account for your convenience. By having an account, you will be able to check all account information, check previous order(s), check the status of the order, tracking, invoices and much more. However, you may also proceed to place an order as a guest.

    Is my order successful?

    All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes of purchase. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your order summary in “My Account” (if you have an account) or your email junk folder. Alternatively, please contact us via email forus.cs@gmail.com or through Facebook Messenger. 

      How long does it take to proceed my order?

      We will proceed your order in 1-2 working days before it is shipped. 

      **This is not applicable for Pre-Order basis.

        How to cancel my order?

        You can cancel the order at the TRACK MY ORDER page or contact our customer services support, as long as the product has not been delivered yet. 

        *Order cannot be cancelled once the product has been delivered OR in the progress of delivery.
