    What is your return policy?

    Products purchased online through For Us official website are returnable ONLY if the products are:

    1. Wrong/Lost during delivery
    2. Damaged products
    3. Missing products

    Products are not entitled for return when:

    1. Products has no defect 
    2. Free gifts and samples
    3. Products damaged by customers
    4. Product not sold by For Us
    5. Return of parcel due to failure of recipient in accepting/ collecting the parcel
    How to return?

    Customers should contact our customer service support within 7 days after you have received the products. For Us will inspect the situation based on the returned product, delivery courier, or photos sent by customers. 

    All returned products must be in good condition and in original packaging. Invoice is included as well. 

      What if I received a damaged product or missing product in my parcel?

      Kindly inform our customer service at forus.cs@gmail.com or Facebook Messenger within 7 days once you’ve received the damaged products or found out any missing products. Our friendly customer service will assist you with the situation.
